October to March: 10am-1pm / 2pm-6pm
Closed 25 December and throughout January.
Open non-stop during French school holidays.
Last visit 1 hour 15 minutes before closing.

The Experience welcomes all ages, but please note that this is a fully immersive show with low lighting, smoke and loud noises which may upset younger visitors.
