The following Personal Data & Cookies Policy sets out the policy of CALVADOS EXPERIENCE regarding the protection of personal data on the website www.calvados-experience.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
Calvados Experience respects your concerns regarding the confidentiality of the information and personal data that you provide. By disclosing your information and personal data to us, you agree to them being used and communicated under the conditions defined below:
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Via the Site, Calvados Experience may collect personal data communicated by users in relation in particular to information requests, visit bookings, subscriptions to certain services or the purchase of products and services (e.g. first & last name, email address, age, city, place of residence, telephone number).
Any personal data you may provide to Calvados Experience for the use of certain services is subject to the provisions of French law no. 78-17 “Informatique et Libertés” [Data Processing and Individual Liberties] dated 6 January 1978.
II. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT AND DELETE DATA AND TO OBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING
You have a right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to the processing of such data at any time. You may also object, free of charge, to your personal data being used for commercial prospecting purposes by sending a letter addressed to: Calvados Experience, Service Clients, Route de Trouville, 14130 Pont L’Evêque (France) or by email to: contact@calvados-experience.com
If applicable, you may also change your preferences you have previously chosen in your online account or use the links to unsubscribe which are included in our prospecting email messages.
III. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
III.a. Purposes of data collection
Calvados Experience collects your personal data via the Site for the following purposes only:
• management of customer relations and prospects
• commercial segmentation, personalisation of our services and communications
• sending information about Calvados Experience and its activities, and sending advertising or commercial prospecting messages in compliance with your choices about commercial prospecting
• booking requests
• creation of a personal account
• statistics, studies and analyses, marketing, and improvement of the Site, products and services of Calvados Experience
Mandatory information for the above purposes is entered in the information fields marked with an asterisk in the data collection forms. If these mandatory fields are not completed, Calvados Experience will be unable to address your query and/or to provide the services requested.
To express your preferences about commercial prospecting or to change your previous choices, please consult the “RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT AND DELETE DATA AND TO OBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING” section above.
III.b. Data retention
Data are retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and are, at all events, destroyed at the end of such period.

Calvados Experience is the recipient of the data.
Calvados Experience may share your personal data with other entities of the Spirit France Diffusion group, in France and abroad (including authorised service providers) for the purposes of customer/prospect relationship management, commercial prospecting, studies and statistics in compliance with your choices about commercial prospecting.
Except for the cases mentioned above, Calvados Experience may only communicate your personal data to third parties if:
• you have given your prior consent to such information being shared with third parties; and/or
• the sharing of such information with third parties is strictly necessary in order to provide the products or services you have requested; and/or
• Calvados Experience is required by a judicial authority or any other competent administrative authority to provide it with such information.
III.d. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
Given the international dimension of the Spirit France Diffusion group, which is present all over the world, your personal data may be sent outside the European Union to other entities of the Spirit France Diffusion group or to our authorised service providers, including to countries which do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Union (in particular in the United States and Asia), for the purposes of customer relationship management and commercial prospecting, or as part of the provision of services shared at group level, as well as for the purposes of hosting and maintaining our information systems. Such transfers take place under conditions that ensure the protection and security of your personal data, in particular based on contractual guarantees entered into in order to ensure an appropriate level of protection, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
III.e. Data security and confidentiality
Calvados Experience makes every effort to put in place suitable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the personal data collected and processed, and to prevent them from being altered, corrupted, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
However, Calvados Experience does not control each and every risk related to the use of the internet, and therefore draws the Site users attention to the potential risks involved in the use and operation of the internet.

Calvados Experience uses cookies (hereinafter “Cookies”) or similar systems on the Site in order to facilitate your navigation experience. These Cookies give you a better quality of service by storing information relating to your navigation of the Site.

VI. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
As access to the Site is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, Calvados Experience shall not collect any information or personal data relating to persons who have not reached the minimum legal age for consuming and/or purchasing alcohol according to the legislation in force in their country of residence.
